Cricklemovers Seated Exercise
Every Monday, Cricklewood Library is delighted to host Cricklemovers Seated Exercise, led by Donna Sheehan.
Using just chairs, music and resistance bands (provided) it’s a really good gentle workout! Get your heart pumping and joints moving all whilst sitting down!

The thirty-minute-long sessions take place on Monday mornings, at 1000 and 1030, starting Monday 9 January.
Places are limited, so, to avoid disappointment, reserve your place today!

Anyone needing a gentle introduction to exercise, stretching and fitness.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

Teaching exercise at Cricklewood library has been a joy for me as I’ve watched friendships grow and confidence!The local people are really benefitting from this class as it’s so accessible for them. Numbers have grown very quickly and it is one of my busiest classes! Such a lovely group.

Cricklemovers – Free Taster Class in December
We're so excited to offer a free taster class for Cricklemovers on December 18. There will be two half-hour sessions, one at 1000 and a second at 1030. Both are completely free to join and will offer a great preview of the regular classes that will start on 9 January.
