Susie & Sally are combining to teach a yoga class on alternate weeks

Sally is teaching the first class on 11 November and Susie the next week, and they will carry on alternating like that.

This one hour class Hatha yoga class, includes pranayama, asana, meditation and of course a delicious relaxation. Remember to bring your own mat and a block, wear loose clothing and something to wrap in for your relaxation.

Older and Wiser Yoga

This is a great way to share time with like-minded people in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. These classes aim to balance the mind and body with the exploration of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Please bring your own mat and block. Wear relaxed, light clothing to explore yoga and perhaps see the world in a slightly different way. Book your spot via the website (link below).
