We’ve been open a while, so we think we’ve got the hang of this now.
With this in mind, we’re running an Open Day this Friday 3 June, where we’ll be showcasing lots of different activities that are on offer at the library. All of them will be ABSOLUTELY FREE to take part in, and there’s something for all the family to enjoy.
This is a great way to share time with like-minded people in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. These classes aim to balance the mind and body with the exploration of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Please bring your own mat and block. Wear relaxed, light clothing to explore yoga and perhaps see the world in a slightly different way. Book your spot via the website (link below).
