Pilates for Health and Fitness with Sofia Ali

An event every week that begins at 09:15 on Friday, repeating until 13 August 2021
If you would like to attend you will need a mat and if possible a theraband for some of the exercises. If you have not got these then a thick towel on top of carpet or a rug would suffice and you can use a pair of tights in place of a band. Some people have also bought a small Pilates ball (7”) but you don’t need to do this unless you plan to continue classes. In case you would like to get these things here are the links, though I appreciate you may not wish to use Amazon.
