Ways to Give
There are many ways to give to the library. We’d love it if you could consider giving regularly. Small donations of even £2 or £3 per month are helpful as they make it easier to predict our income and plan for the future. Gift Aid is also immensely useful – if you gift aid your donation, it increases its value by 25%, so £10 donated by you is topped up to £12.50 by the government.
KindLink Online Donations
KindLink is our preferred online donations method. They can manage one-off and regular donations, and they also make it simple for us to collect Gift Aid, which is the government scheme to top up your donations by 25% at no expense to you. To give, head over to our KindLink page now and follow the easy instructions on how to give.
Virgin Money Giving
We also have an account with Virgin Money Giving, if you prefer. Just click the Donate button below.
Give While You Shop Online
Give while you shop – at no cost to you! Everyone’s shopping online at the moment. Why not help the library while doing so? It will cost you nothing, and will help us enormously.
Donate Books
But PLEASE, don’t leave books outside the library without asking. They get spoiled and have to be destroyed.

Give By Cheque
If online donations are not for you, we are also happy to accept cheques or cash!
If you’re a UK taxpayer, you can take part in the Gift Aid scheme where the government tops up your donation by 25% at no cost to you.
Please complete a Gift Aid Donation form, and return it, along with your cheque, made payable to Friends of Cricklewood Library, to 152 Olive Road, London NW2 6UY.
Payroll Giving
Many of the UK’s larger employers will support payroll giving, where your donation comes to us direct from your salary every month. In many cases, employers will top up your donations with their own money. See the government’s website for more details. The benefit to you is that you you don’t pay tax on it. Win-win!
